Your task is to make your keywords much more specific. If you wanted to catch a niche market in your locality, you might use the keyword '[your city's name] + catering'. The best keywords are direct, strategic, and short.

These are two of the most basic types of websites. A website is either static or dynamic. Your web developer would most likely ask you whether your website is static or dynamic. Static websites do not change, hence the name. They demand minimal supervision and management. Dynamic websites are the opposite. They are characterized by a lot of changes and traffic. Determine what type of website you wanted to create and tell this to your developer.
